TF Seals provides a variety of bellows seal design options, including single and dual designs for high-temperature and chemical applications.  Bellow seals are ideal for high temperature applications and harsh chemical services where elastomers cannot be used effectively. This seal type incorporates metal bellows as a spring-loading mechanism to maintain face contact when the seal is not pressurized and eliminates traditional secondary sealing requirements.​

Cartridge Single Seal

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The TF PG10S/11S/11RS Metal Bellows Cartridge Single Seal is designed for applications where the process fluid is incompatible with common elastomers or where the cost of custom O-Rings is prohibitive.  TF PG10S/11S/11RS conforms to API682 type B (1CW-FL)/C (3CW-FB). The PG10S/11S/11RS Bellows Seal is used primarily in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The self-cleaning, rotary bellows design will reduce the clogging associated with sealing fluids with solids in suspension​​.  Graphite as the secondary seal is ideal for high temperature applications.
